Tizes is Director of Emergency Medicine for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, and Professor of Practice in Law at the University of Arizona. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Chicago Medical School, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the Yale School of Public Health where he was named a Horstmann Scholar. Tizes’ career has spanned clinical medicine and quantitative frameworks across finance, medicine, law, and bioethics. Bruce currently serves as Managing Member for Econometric Science. He has held positions including: seed investor, VP strategy for a technology company that trained over 200,000 technologists. Tizes is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK), and the Edmund Hillary Fellowship (New Zealand). He served the US Department of State rostered as a Fulbright Specialist. Tizes completed the Bioethics Fellowship at Harvard Medical School where he remains affiliated with the Center for Bioethics.
