Phillip Queen is the CEO of Fire Management Consultant International and a veteran of the US Army. He has provided emergency management for government and private organizations, and served as command for large scale wild land fires, disaster management and was a member of an (IMT) Incident Management Team. He has worked in many US states as well as overseas in Mexico, Singapore, Korea, Guatemala, BVI, El Salvador, St. Marteen, Puerto Rico, USVI, Costa Rica, Jamaica Caymen Islands, Dominican Republic, Auguilla and Haiti.

Phillip has also provided state and federal certified fire service training, as well as training for pre-hospital emergency medical service, emergency preparedness, rescue operations, ocean surf rescue, aircraft rescue and military operations domestically and internationally for 41 years.

He has been a leader, manager or instructor of emergency services and military organizations, served as an instructor at several universities and colleges, written text books and authored numerous industry articles. Phillip was recognized by the US Army as one of the top soldiers for bravery and leadership skills and was nominated for the Soldiers Medal. As emergency responder he has deployed for the Oakland Hills Fire Storm, Haiti, and hurricane Katrina. For GoDocs he has responded to Hurricanes Harvey & Rita and the earthquake in Mexico City.
