James Henry Keene, M.D., M.P.H. attended Tulane School of Medicine and the Tulane School of Public Health, He is Physician with Locum Tenens focusing on geriatrics at: Washington Veterans’ Home, Providence Chehalis Family Medicine Clinic, Redding Occupational Medical Center/Urgent Care, Icon Medical Services and Watsonville Community Hospital. He has also been a hospitalist at UCLA/Kern Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency. He worked with J/P Haitian Relief Organization, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti as a medical education supervisor in a field hospital and clinic serving large tent camp of people displaced by the earthquake. In return missions to Haiti, he served as supervisor and logistician relating to ongoing cholera patient treatment. Early in his career, James served with the Youth Emergency Services Homeless Teen Drop-in Center and did his residency at University of Minnesota Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. In 2016, he was a key member of the GoDoc’s medical team on the Syrian border.
