Nellika Little has over 18 years of work experience in conflict and post-conflict contexts. She has worked in Turkey (Syria programming), Afghanistan, Mongolia, Kosovo, and South Sudan. Her work with organizations such as the USAID/OTI, Asia Foundation, Internews, IFES, NDI, MSI, UNDP, and USIP, has focused on political transitions, independent local media development, electoral processes, civil society, activism, and humanitarian assistance. From February 2014 to May 2015 she was the Deputy Country Representative for USAID/OTI’s Syria Regional Program based in eastern Turkey. Nellika continues to provide short-term technical advice and consultancy support on Syria programming.
